Freight quotes provided through the Site, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information provided at the time of the request. Final rates are confirmed in writing (e.g., a rate confirmation) once shipment details, equipment availability, accessorials, and market conditions are verified. Actual charges may differ from an initial estimate due to accessorial charges, detention, re-weighs, changes in shipment specifications, or other factors disclosed at time of booking.
While we work to provide reliable service and shipment visibility, transit times, pickup windows, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in a signed rate confirmation or contract. Weather, mechanical issues, regulatory hours-of-service limits, and other factors outside our control can affect delivery.
